Hi, I’m Amy, a qualified Speech and Language Therapist with a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. I support children with speech, language and communication needs, helping them build confidence, develop strong communication skills, and reach their full potential.With experience working in hospitals, clinics, mainstream schools, special schools, and private practice, I have supported children with a wide range of speech delays, language difficulties, early literacy challenges, and communication disorders. My approach is child-centred, evidence-based, and tailored to each child’s individual needs.I have a special interest in early years development, early intervention, and early literacy skills, including phonological awareness, vocabulary development, and pre-reading skills. I am passionate about supporting young children during these crucial early stages to build a strong foundation for lifelong learning and communication.Alongside my professional role, I am also a mum of two young children, which gives me a deep personal understanding of child development and the importance of practical, family-friendly therapy strategies.
